Milwaukee is right on the mouth of the Milwaukee River as it enters Lake Michigan and, as is the case with lots of cities lately, has undergone a revival along the waterfront. We took a river cruise on a good-sized commercial boat and heard all about the city and the buildings along the river. A very nice place – at this time of year.
