In spite of their assurances that they would back up my blog data every day, Network Solutions, a company that I used to recommend, has not run backups for over a week and has lost all of my data.  They are “sorry for the inconvenience” which is particularly irritating when spoken with an East Indian accent.  I will be switching to a new provider very soon.
